The Middle Ages

In social science, we are learning about the Middle Ages.  The Middle Ages began at the end of the Roman Empire in 476 A.D.  People moved away from the cities to the countryside and religion was extremely important.  
Spain was not a country during the Middle Ages.  Instead, it was divided into small Christian kingdoms in the north and a Muslim kingdom in the south called al-Andalus.

Below is a comic video that explains some of the major things that happened in the Middle Ages in Europe and the Eastern world.
